  • Admitted coverage

  • Primary stand-alone cyber coverage (no technology errors and omissions; no excess cyber)

  • Up to $5M in primary, stand-alone cyber limits

  • $2,500 minimum retention

  • Up to $500M revenue companies 

  • No underwriting required for companies under $10M in revenue and requesting less than a $1M limit

    • For clients above $10M in annual revenue and / or limits at $1M to $5M, please reach out to MIAN

  • Licensed in all states except: New York, Washington D.C.

  • Coverage includes:

    • Security and privacy liability

    • Media liability

    • Regulatory fines and penalties

    • Payment card industry fines, penalties and assessments

    • Cyber extortion

    • Breach response coverage

    • Business interruption coverage

    • Computer fraud, telecommunications fraud, etc.

Who Handles Claims? Hartford Steam Boiler has 100% claims authority. Boxx has a claims team to facilitate the claims and field questions on process, steps to report, etc.
